You can use this URL to create your ticket.  You will receive an email confirming your new new tickt when you are done creating your ticket.

1. click on "Submit Ticket" to start 

2. select the category based on the nature of your request:

3.  Enter the Name Your Request and add Any additional information

4. add other staff you want to C.C.

5. attach any screen capture or file you need

6. select the priority of your request.  

7. Enter your Contact Details:

Full name; Email and phone number. 

8. click on "create ticket"
