This is our established keyword naming convention for the 55525 system. Maintaining this standardized format is essential as our church continues to grow, ensuring everyone can easily locate and utilize the correct keywords.

Keyword Request Process:

1. If you cannot locate the required keyword you need, you can request  access to it.
2. If you believe a keyword should be available but the system marks it as "taken" (even if your account has creation access), please check with the SimpleText administrator first before attempting to create any new keywords on your own.
3. To ensure consistency and ease of identification, all keywords must adhere to the following established formats. Remember to always apply the single-word, no-space, no-special-character rules established in server.
