How to create a Church Metrics Login

Note:

  • This how-to is for IT Tech only. ***must be an admin user in Church Metrics 
  • Only Supervisor will issue new account request to IT via support ticket. Please talk to your supervisor first for access in Church Metrics. . 

 

  1. You will receive a notification via email from the Support Ticket system, Happy Fox. Log in and view the ticket
  2. go to https://churchmetrics.com/ and log in
  3. On the far right click your name in church metrics and go to “admin”
  4. Click "users" on the far left side

    -before creating a new user please search the name in the existing user list

 

 

 

**If login already exists please advise the requestor that that person already has a log in. WE CANNOT SEE OR EDIT LOGIN INFO.


If not select create user and copy the information as reflected on the ticket


Format is as follows

  • Name:   (persons name- Volunteer title)

  • Email:  (persons email on form)

  • Time Zone:  (if SD can stay Pacific if SLC Mountain Time)

  • Campus:  (see myawaken form)

  • Role: (See MyAwaken form if unsure please clarify with team on that person's role) v

 

 

staff can input and see financials 

Volunteer can input but not see financials

Campus Pastors are View only mode

 

Once invitation is sent from church metrics pull up the Church Metrics Log In Master List

 

And toggle to the appropriate ministry tab on the bottom of the sheet. (if unsure place in the Database tab)

Add the information into the sheet 

 

If the ticket states this is replacing someone please go to the church metric user list and delete that persons log in

 

 

if that the original role is just moving campuses find them in the list of users and edit the log in to reflect the appropriate campus

Once additional log ins are updated/changed in church metrics pull up the Church Metrics Log In Master List

And toggle to the appropriate ministry tab on the bottom of the sheet. (if unsure look/make notes in the Database tab)

Update the information on the sheet 

 

To fill out a church metrics log in request

 The staff member or ministry head are the ones to request the log ins for their team. 

(Do not accept any requests submitted by the volunteer as we do not know if it is approved or they do not know who they are replacing)

The ticket request can be found in Slack under "Support Ticket"

Please select a Category "Database "

Ticket Type "Database Access"
