Who can Access Process Queues in the LEAD App?
What you can see and change in Process Queues matches your existing Admin Privileges in the Church Community Builder software.

Warning: This app is not intended for congregant use (in fact, they won't even be able to log in). So, anyone with a system assigned permission will have access to this app. The amount of information a user of this app can see is the same as they would be able to see in the desktop version.

Finding your Church on the Lead app

If you are new to the app you have the option to find your church by tapping the Search Near Me button or typing Awaken Church in the Enter Church Name field.

Or, you can type in the subdomain myawaken by tapping Enter Subdomain at the bottom of the screen
Logging in
Please Note: This app is only for those with leadership privileges. This app is not intended for congregant use (in fact, if they do not have a privilege mentioned above, they won't even be able to log in).
- Enter the email address or username and password you use to log in to your desktop Church Community Builder site.
Customize Menu Bar
Customize your menu bar to view or prioritize the top four areas you need for easy access.
- Log into the app
- Choose Settings
- Tap on Customize Menu Bar
- Drag and drop what four areas you would like to see in your menu bar
- Whatever order you decide to put these tiles in order is how it will appear when you open your app
Get Started
- Open the LEAD app and tap Queues at the bottom of the page.
- The walkthrough page explains the function of the Process Queue, click Okay to proceed.
Queues I Manage
- Start by clicking on the individual in the unassigned list to Assign the individual to either yourself or someone else.
- Once the individual has been assigned tap the Assigned to Me tab.
- Swipe left on the individual's name to mark the individual as done or change their status.
Change Status
- To change the status of an individual swipe left.
- You will have a list of actions of how to change the status of the individual.
Process Queue Profiles
- Tap on the individual to access their Profile.
- Here you can send the individual a message, text or contact them, or find their location.
- Tap on the ellipses in the individual's Profile to view a list of multiple actions. Here you can mark the person done, remove them from the Queue, change the due date and so forth.
Tip: Remember what actions you see depends on your Privileges.
Mark as Done
- If you need to just mark the individual as done tap the Mark as Done button.
- On this page, you can move the individual through to the next Queue(s).
Queue Notes
- If you'd like to see Notes left about the individual or add Notes to their Profile, tap on the individual assigned to your Profile.
- Tap Notes below the 'Mark as Done' button.
- When you are on the Process Notes page you can read Notes (depending on Privileges) left about the individual.
- If you'd like to add Notes about the individual tap the + sign in the right-hand corner.
