Who can Run Reports for Schedules?

  • A Master Administrator:
    • Can access all Schedule Reports.
    • Can view data related to all Schedules and Plans across all the church.
  • A Schedule Administrator:
    • Can access all Schedule Reports.
    • Can view data related to all Schedules and Plans within the Campus on which the Schedule Admin privilege is given.
  • A Category Organizer:
    • Can access all Schedule Reports.
    • Can view data related to the Category(s) for which the Category Organizer access is given.
  • A Schedule Organizer:
    • Can access all the assignment Reports.
    • Can view data related to Schedules for which the Schedule Organizer access is given.
  • A Team Organizer:
    • Can access the Volunteer, Assignment, Schedules, Status, and Position Reports.
    • Can view data related to Teams for which the Team Organizer access is given.
  • A Plan Organizer:
    • Cannot access any Schedule Reports.
    • Cannot view data related to Schedules and Plans.

Reports

Volunteers Report

"I need a roster so that I can communicate and add them to other places in the software such as an Event or Process Queue."

  1. Click Schedules & Plans in the left navigation menu.
  2. Click on the Reports dropdown.
  3. Select Volunteers.
  4. Use Filter to narrow down the result set by status, Position, Campus, Category, and Team.
  5. Use Columns to hide columns of data you do not need or unhide columns of data you do need.
  6. Use the search to narrow down the results of the data set by the name of the volunteer.

Assignments Report

"I need to get the number of volunteer who served, didn’t serve, or checked in for our metric tracking."

  1. Click Schedules & Plans in the left navigation menu.
  2. Click on the Reports dropdown.
  3. Select Assignments.
  4. Use Filter to narrow down the result set by date range, status, Position, Campus, Category, and Team.
  5. Use Columns to hide columns of data you do not need or unhide columns of data you do need.
  6. Use the search to narrow down the results of the data set by the name of the volunteer.

Schedules & Statuses Report

"I need to know how we look for staffing the upcoming weekends."

  1. Click Schedules & Plans in the left navigation menu.
  2. Click on the Reports dropdown.
  3. Select Schedules & Statuses.
  4. Use Filter to narrow down the result set by date range, status, Campus, and Category.
  5. Use Columns to hide columns of data you do not need or unhide columns of data you do need.

Positions Report

"I need to know the number of volunteer in the Position, still need to recruit for the Position, and a description for the Position."

  1. Click Schedules & Plans in the left navigation menu.
  2. Click on the Reports dropdown.
  3. Select Positions.
  4. Use Filter to narrow down the result set by Campus, Category, and Team.
  5. Use Columns to hide columns of data you do not need or unhide columns of data you do need.
  6. Use the search to narrow down the results of the data set by the Position.

Organizers Report

"I need to know who is leading different areas so that I can communicate and add them to other places in the software such as an Event or Process Queue."

  1. Click Schedules & Plans in the left navigation menu.
  2. Click on the Reports dropdown.
  3. Select Organizers.
  4. Use Filter to narrow down the result set by Organizer type, Campus, and Category.
  5. Use Columns to hide columns of data you do not need or unhide columns of data you do need.
  6. Use the search to narrow down the results of the data set by the name of the Organizer.
