Process Admin Privilege
- Allows the individual to create and edit all Processes, assign others to be Process and Queue Managers, create and view all Reports for the Process section, and assign any listed individual to a Process Queue within the assigned Campus.
Tip: If you need to give an individual permissions to oversee specific processes / queues, but not all forms within a campus, review below.
Process and Queue Leaders
Process Manager
- Process Managers have access to the entire Process to which they have been assigned.
- They can add Queues, assign Queue Managers, add people to the Queues, and run all the Process Reports.
- They will not be able to assign other Process Managers, edit the Process name, or change the visibility of a Process (from hidden to visible and vice versa).
Queue Manager
- Queue Managers have access to additional Profile information for those added to the Queue they manage.
- Contact information, Event and Attendance history, notes, Group and position involvement, and family members will be visible only from the Queue.
