Who can Run Process Queue Reports?

  • Process Manager: can run Reports for Processes they manage.
  • Process Admin: can run Reports for any Process.
  • Master Administrator: can run all Reports.

Accessing Process & Queue Reports

  1. Clicking on Reports & Metrics in the left navigation menu.
  2. In the System Reports tab, click the Process tab.

  1. Choose the Report you wish from this list.
  2. Select the settings and run the Report.

Tip: The following reports are accessible in Processes as well as contextual reports.

Processes & Queues Reports

Tip: To view ENLARGED image: Right-click on image > Choose Open image in New Tab.

Queue Manager Breakdown

This Report shows how many people were marked done by a Queue Manager weekly or monthly for an entire year within one Queue and it is pulling by date completed OR date created if date completed is empty.

Note: The results included in this report cannot exceed 250 Profiles.

Process Queues Breakdown

This Report shows how many people have been marked done in each Queue of a Process over a year and is pulling by date completed OR date created if date completed is empty. This report can be set up to display weeks or months.

Overdue Breakdown

This Report shows how many people are currently overdue in each Queue, broken out by Queue Manager. It also includes the number of people currently overdue who are not assigned to anyone.

Queue Comparison

This Report allows you to compare two Queues to each other to see who has been marked done in the first Queue but has not been marked done in the second. In addition, it will provide the number of days since they've been marked done in the first Queue, their status in the second, and their due date in the second.

Process Queue

This Report provides details about who is in a specific Queue. Information in the report includes the date they were added to the Queue, who is assigned as the Queue Manager and contact information. You can choose to run the report for a specific date range which will pull by date completed within that date range OR date created if the date completed is empty.

Process Detail

This Report shows information about the people who are in all Queues within a Process. Information includes their status, due date, and assigned Manager. You can choose to run the report for a specific date range which will pull by date completed within that date range OR date created if the date completed is empty.

Process Summary

This Report provides the number of people by status in each Queue within a Process. You can choose to run the report for a specific date range which will pull by date completed within that date range OR date created if the date completed is empty.

Process Manager List

This Report lists all of the Processes in a Campus, the Managers assigned to each Process, and those Managers' contact information.

  

Queue Manager List

This report lists all of the Queues connected to the Processes in a Campus, the Queue Manager(s) assigned to each Queue, and those Managers' contact information.

Note: This Report is only available in individual Process.

Process Notes

This Report includes all Notes left within a Process. It can be accessed from the overview page of a Process (Process Queues > Process Name > Report Icon).

Tip: You can adjust the parameters of the report by accessing the Search icon.

To export the Notes into an Excel file, click the Reports and select Export Notes after running the Notes Report.
