Click on the link "HP Computer Access" to skip to "How to setup printer on PC like HP computer".

iPhone access:

1. Go to your app store
2. Search “Xerox Workplace”
   
3. Download the App.
4. Open the App.
5. Allow “workplace to send You notifications” that way you can know if your job printed.
   
6. Click “I agree” to the terms and conditions.
   
7. Read the “Getting Started” Pages.
   
8. Allow “Workplace” to use your location.
   
9. In the “printers” section, at the bottom of right corner you’ll see “LOCAL” click on the icon (you must be connected to an Awaken wifi network in order for this to work).
   
10. The app will locate any local printer, click on the printer(s) shown and it will be added to your favorites. 

Tada!!! You now have access to the Xerox printer located in your campus or in the Dagget office. 

HP Computer Access:

1. Go to your browser.
2. Type “xerox.com/smartstart” in the address bar.
   
3. A file will automatically download.
4. Click on the downloaded file that is found at the bottom of your web browser or in your Downloads folder.
5. Find the file and double click on it to start installing it.
   
6. You’’ll be prompted to choose “Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?” Click YES.
7. The Xerox app will open up on the term and agreements page, click Agree button which is located on the bottom right of the Xerox window.
   
8. Once you agree, the App will search for any printers that are in the same network (in order for the app to finder the printers you MUST be connected to an AWAKEN wifi network or hardline).
9. The printer will show up once it is recognized.
10. Next to the printer name you will see a button that says “download or update” you must click the button to install the printer.
