Running Check-In Reports From being Logged in
- Go to your Manned Station check in set up page and Log in with the set password on the user log in
- On the top left click the Reports button and select which report you would like to run

Running Check-In Reports From being Logged in
- Click Check-In in the left navigation menu.
- Click on the Reports button.
- Select the Report you want to run.
- Select the Saved Setup that you want to run the Report for.
Refining Check-In Reports
In the Check-In Reports, you can refine the Events and/or the people included as well as the columns that display. This allows you to ensure the correct set of people are included as well as the pertinent information is displayed. The Attendance Summary Report also allows you to refine how the columns are grouped.
Refining the Events and/or the People Included
Once you run a Check-In Report, you can refine which Events or which people are included.
- On the Report page, click the # Filters button.
- Refine the area that you desire.
- Filter Options
- For the Check-In Status Report: Dates, Check-In Status, Attendance Grouping, Event Time, Included Event, Age, Gender, or Grade.
- For the Room Roster: Dates, Attendance Grouping, Event Time, Included Event.
- For the Attendance Summary: Dates, Check-In Status, Attendance Grouping, Event Time, Included Event, Age, Gender, or Grade.
Refining the Columns Included
Once you run the Check-In Status or Attendance Summary Check-In Report, you can refine which columns of information are displayed.
- On the Report page, click the Columns button.
- Deselect the columns you do not want to see.
- Column Options
- For the Check-In Status Report: Profile Image, First and Last Name, Event Date, Checked In, Checked Out, Contact, Contact Mobile, Contact Pager, Security Code, Event Name, Event Time, Event Room, Allergies, and School Grade.
- For the Attendance Summary: Leaders, Members, Non-Members, Total, and % Present.
Refining How the Columns are Grouped
The Attendance Summary Report has the option to toggle how the Events are organized. You can choose to order the Events first by Group then by Event time or first by Event time then by Group. (Example grouped by Group: First Grade: 9 am and 11 am, Second Grade: 9 am and 11 am)(Example grouped by Time: 9 am: First Grade and Second Grade, 11 am: First Grade and Second Grade)
- On the Attendance Summary Report page, click the Grouped by 2 Columns button.
- Toggle the First By drop down menu to either be “Group” or “Event Time”, depending on your preference.
Check-In Status Report
This report is commonly used to view a dynamic list of people checked in or out, including some pertinent contact information for the parents or authorized person. The columns included in this Report are Profile Image, First and Last Name, Event Date, Checked In time, Checked Out time, Contact Name, Contact Mobile, Contact Pager, Security Code, Event Name, Event Time, Event Room, Allergies/Instructions, and School Grade.
Room Roster Report
We designed this report for you to print and have readily available in each classroom. This report includes each checked in child’s allergies. The columns included in this Report are First and Last Name, Event Date, Checked In time, Checked Out time, Contacts (including mobile number), Contact Pager, Security Code, Event Name, Event Time, Event Room, and Allergies/Instructions.
Attendance Summary Report
This is your classic roll up report. This report provides a summary of total numbers for any date range you’d like to give it. You can organize the numbers in this report by classroom or Event time. The columns included in this Report are the ratio of Leaders checked in, ratio of Members checked in, number of Non-Members marked as attended, number of Total people attending(attended) the event, Percentage of the Group Leaders and Members checked into the Event.
