Church Metrics Add an Event and Event Service Time

**this is only for admin user in Church Metrics

go to https://churchmetrics.com/ and log in

On the far right click “your name” in church metrics and go to “admin”

Navigate to the left side of the screen where it will say “Events”

First search the user to see if an Event already exists.

If it does please go to the service times tab and toggle to Event Service Times

If there are existing event service times for your event and “change” to reflect current event details

If multiple events or days please see if there are multiple already created and edit each one or create additional (IE Cherish Nights or Emerge conference) as needed

Update the Campus, day of the week, and time as needed

Set for upcoming sunday

**(troubleshoot tip: if the event isnt showing for input and it is an event early in the week try switching to “previous” sunday option)

Creating a New Event/Service Time

.If there is not and existing Event select “Create Event” on the far right and type in the event name “save”

Once created go to the service times tab and toggle to Event Service Times

Click on the “Create Event Service TImes” button on the far right and begin creating your new events service time

EVERY EVENT use the Event financials and Event attendance for these not regular SUNDAY attendance fields

**Please note: i do not know what criteria is needed to be considered an event to be added in metrics so this may need to be talked through with Execs. They may want all events so we can track actual attendance number and finances for all events that take an offering (IE not hero or twisted because we have almost exact count in Brushfire)
