Creating a Note within a Department

  1. Click on Groups in the left navigation.
    • If the leader you are leaving a Note for is a Group Leader or Assistant Leader in a Group you are the Coach or Director over:
      1. Click the leader's name in the My Group Leaders section.
      2. Or click the View All link in the My Group Leaders section to see more details before click the leader's name.
    • If the leader you are leaving a Note for is a Coach or a main Group Leader:
      1. Click the Departments tab.
      2. Click the Department's name.
      3. Click the leader's name for the Group they lead. 
  2. Choose the Notes tab.

  1. Enter the Note.
  2. Click Add this Note.

Who can Create a Note from Within a Department?

Privilege Have Ability?
Master Admin Yes
Full Read Only No
Full Read/Limited Write No
Process Admin No
Process Manager No
Queue Manager No
Director (Complete) Yes for their group leaders
Coach (Complete) Yes for their group leaders

Department Roles

  • Coach: Can view and add Group Leader Notes.
  • Director: Can view and add Coach or Group Leader Notes.

Note Options

Option Action
Appropriate Leaders Note can be seen by Full Read Admins, Process Managers, Queue Managers, Directors and Coaches
Department Only Note can be seen by people who are Directors and Coaches for that group leader
Only Me (Complete Only) Note can be seen by only the person who created it

Viewing Notes from Within a Department

You must be a Director or Coach to view the individual page in the Department, however, once viewing the individual, the Notes you can or cannot see are dependent on your privileges below.

Full Read/Limited Write Yes Only Notes marked for People Admins
Process Admin Yes Only Notes tagged as Appropriate Leaders in their Process Queues
Process Manager Yes Only Notes tagged as Appropriate Leaders in their Process Queues
Queue Manager Yes Only Notes tagged as Appropriate Leaders in their Process Queues
Director (Complete) Yes Only Notes tagged as Appropriate Leaders for their group leaders
Coach (Complete) Yes Only Notes tagged as Appropriate Leaders for their group leaders
Only Me (Complete) Yes Only by the person who created the Note

How to Delete a Note from Within a Department

  1. After accessing a Profile from the Groups, click the Notes tab.
  2. Find the Note you wish to delete and click Delete.
