Who can Use the Action Options?

Action Button Options
On the Department page, the Action button has useful options for managing your Department.
Email Directors
This Action option pops up a new window to email the Directors of the Department. You can choose to also send the email to Coaches, Group Leaders, and/or Group Members.
Create New Group
This Action option allows you to add a new Group to both the software and the Department. When you select this option, you’ll be taken to the Create Group page and the Department will already be selected in the Admin tab. Check out this article to learn more about creating a new Group.
Add Existing Group
This Action option allows you to add an already created Group to the Department. When you select this option, you can search for and select multiple Groups using the modal.
Edit Department
This Action option allows you to edit the Department’s name. You can also select which Campuses the Department is on and edit the titles of the Coaches and Directors.

- Only Ministry Director / Supervisor can issue new access request to IT via support ticket system. Please talk to your supervisor first for access in MyAwaken.
