Admin Schedule Privileges

• Allows the individual to create, edit, manage, and view Reports for all volunteer schedules within the assigned Campus.

Tip: If you need to give an individual permissions to oversee specific schedules, but not all schedules within a campus, review the below role options

Category Organizer

• A Category Organizer has full access to the assigned Category, all the schedules within the Category, all the teams and positions within the Category, all the plans in the Category, and the full Song Library of the church.
• They do not receive any notifications for the Schedules.

Schedule Organizer

• A Schedule Organizer does not have access to the Category level nor the plans of the Category along with the Song Library of the church.
• They do have full access to the schedules within the Category and all the teams and positions within the Category.
• They receive all decline, swap, and replacement notifications.

Team Organizer

• A Team leader does not have access to the Category level, the schedules level, nor the plans of the Category along with the Song Library of the church.
• They do have access to all the teams and positions within the Category.
• They do not receive any notifications for the Schedules.

Plan Organizer

• A Plan Organizer does not have access to the Category level nor the teams and positions within the Category.
• They do have read access to schedules in the Category, full access to the plans in the Category, and the full Song Library of the church.
• They do not receive any notifications for the Schedules.
