How to find tech answer in Knowledge Base (KB)

You can ask Knowledge Base directly in your SLACK App on PC or on your phone.

You can access Knowledge Base on your PC Browser. 

 

Here is how:

in SLACK on your iPhone - 

  1. In Slack, click on Support Ticket App
  2. Click on Home. 
  3. Click on the link beside the title: “Support Toilet” It will open up a browser window and take you to the knowledge Base

 

IN PC - 

  1. Open any browser. In the URL box, type in https://awakenchurch.happyfox.com/kb/
  2. Hit enter.
  3. It will take you to the article for your solution. there you have it, the suggested solution will walk you through it. 
  4. At the end of the article, you can see links for related ariticle(s) and you can also click the tag for the subject you are looking for and related.
