Use Knowledge Base (KB) on iPhone in Slack
- In Slack, click on Support Ticket App
- Click on Home.
- Click on Ask Support Ticket.
- It will take you to the Message screen
- You can start type in your question or topic you are looking for.
- Hit send.
- It will reply with the articles links related to your question. For example - Google Calendar
- You can touch the title of the article to open up a browser window. It will take you to the article in knowledge Base.
