Use Knowledge Base (KB) on iPhone in Slack

 

 

  1. In Slack, click on Support Ticket App
  2. Click on Home. 
  3. Click on Ask Support Ticket. 
  4. It will take you to the Message screen
  5. You can start type in your question or topic you are looking for. 
  6. Hit send. 
  7. It will reply with the articles links related to your question. For example - Google Calendar
  8. You can touch the title of the article to open up a browser window. It will take you to the article in knowledge Base.
